Commonly Asked Questions and Answers:

1. How long does my order take once it has been placed and paid for?
   Normally, to assure quality control you item will be shipped in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Each item is hand built and quality tested. The finishes are then applied. The sealer is the last to be done. Only after a finished inspection will your item be shipped to you. Some items can take additional time and some orders will take allot less time.
   
   
2. When does the warranty go into effect?
   When we receive confirmation from our shipping company your item has been received, we ask you to register it online. The warranty goes from the day you received the feeder.
   
3. My feeder has arrived and it's too small or too tall, what should I do?
   We ask you contact us right away so we can get started on the correct size for you. You will need to send that one back to us. The return postage is paid by you. The new feeder postage is paid by us.
   
   
4. My item was damaged during shipping, what do I do?
   Relax, your items are always insured both by the shipping company and by us personally. Contact us immediately and let us know so we can get another out to you. You may be asked to hold or return the damaged item. Usually the shipping company will pick it up. If the do not, it is up to you to dispose of it.
   
   
5. How does Customer Satisfaction work?
   If you receive your item and for any reason your not happy just return it in a new and un-used condition within 14 days. We will happily replace yout feeder. We do not question you, we do not hassle you in any way. If your not happy, we are not happy.
